What happened? Description:

A guy friended me THE INSTANT after I posted on TF2OP. He sent the message "Tomek: hey mate my friend wants to trade with you but he cant add you (steam error ) add him please

It seemed suspicious from the instant adding, and the unusual message. I googled the exact text without the url and it seemed to be phishing. SteamRep did not have Topek listed as a scammer, and the steam community URL was not working on SteamRep. I then sent him this:
"MarblePuppy: really?
MarblePuppy: no offense but seems suspicious, going to check url on steamrep
MarblePuppy: very sorry for delay if you are legit
MarblePuppy: reply or i will assume hijack
MarblePuppy: Hello
MarblePuppy: ?"

As I looked closer, I noticed the steam community url for "his friend". I found this:

Community was spelled, wrong, and resembled a perfect profile with high steam level, and rep in comments. At that point I went on SteamRep, and took a screenshot after reopening the chat window.

Provide Evidence:

The desktop is cropped, but that should show the defining features of the chat margin for evidence of not cropping out chat.
It sadly does not show the message from before, because it was closed by accident.​
