Put his profile in private and goes delete me straight after when I mention to make his profile public not to mention he randomly added me too.

While definitely suspicious, I don't see any scam attempt here.

Well he asked me thrice without realizing who I was with the same line "EretiK: Hello, sell items for money?"

I asked him to make his profile public but he won't do it as well.
