    Dear Steamrep

I've had a pretty bad incident recently. I was looking for the game Skyrim, and found out someone was asking Earbuds + 3 Mann. Co. keys for it. So all went well, traded the stuff, got my skyrim game, lost my earbuds and keys. I played 30 hours of Skyrim, when suddenly when I logged on to steam a day, I got a message "unimplemented" from steam support. Skyrim magically disappeared from my list. I contacted steam support, and got this message:

    -----
Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

The purchase for your gift copy of Skyrim has been disputed by the cardholder.

The cardholder will need to contact their bank and have the bank withdraw the chargeback, cancel the dispute and return the funds to Steam for this purchase. As soon as the chargeback dispute is settled we will automatically reactivate the game on your account.

Please have your friend create their own Steam Support account and Steam Support ticket so that we may best assist them.

So I went back to search who I got the Skyrim game from, and it was this guy:

    http://steamcommunity.com/id/_ToMmY_

He told me he got Skyrim and Alan Wake (which disappeared from his library too) from this guy:

    http://steamcommunity.com/id/GalaxyPegasis474

As you can see, it's pretty damn obvious the guy is a scammer, only having 5 friends, only TF2 played, and the account made in January. This can happen to any one though. But I shouldn't even be the victim in this case.

So I asked Tommy my earbuds back, and he won't give it to me. He says he's gonna make a ticket he's getting his unusual back, and he keeps his earbuds. He says he can make "profit" out of this, while I should contact steam support myself and get my keys and earbuds back myself.

I think it's more than disgusting that after you've been scammed, going to miss-use the steam system in order to get free earbuds. The first question is why would he do that. My second thought it: Hell, this is pretty much the same person, and he basically just scammed me, and stole earbuds and keys from me. Other than that, he doesn't seem fuzzed about losing his two games, at all. Ofcourse he doesn't. He's got free earbuds for his little trick he did ;/

I've also got the full chatlog from this. I'll post it at the bottom.

It leaves me to asking you, Steamrep, to make work of this. It is quite obvious he's the one with the second account. If that shouldn't happen to be, he stole items from me after being scammed by making profit of it, misusing the steam-trading system (Steam Support giving free hats).

    Thank you

    Regards,

    Traxantic

While he is right that they will give your buds back if the dispute stands & the game is deactivated, he is clearly not engaging in good trading practices here. I'm going to do some more research into this to see if he's an alt.

In the meantime, can you please provide a screenshot of your trade history? Thanks so much!

I have a few stuff to prove that CyberDude wasn't my alt account
First of all why would I keep alan wake in my inventory and not even activate it or trade it ?
Why did it take me 6 days to sell skyrim ? if I was a scammer I would have sold both games in a lighting speed

and oh he added me that's just to proof that if I wanted to scam somebody it would be a new player
I'm also ready to post more screenshots of my trade history if needed.
    Thanks
    -Tommy
