Added me to offer Risk of Rain 2 Steam GIFT for my TF2 items, then switched it last minute to random EXPIRED KEY (verifiable by video) and blocked me.​

You can clearly see him offering a Steam Gift, even including a screenshot of it ready to be sent with my name under it. Then after I send him the TF2 items he gives me a random expired key which was not even mentioned at all and blocks me.
