    What happened? Description:
    guy added me, because I've put my knife for sale on steam market. He wanted to see it in my inventory and when he inspected it he wanted to buy it via bitcoin and he wanted to go first. When i gave him my bitcoin wallet he wanted to send the knife first, so he can accept it without paying.​

    So your making a report on the assumption the user wouldn't pay you after they got the item..can't take reports on assumptions as you don't know if the user would have paid you or not.
