Description: Payment Reversal
The games I traded for disappeared roughly a month after the trade.

This is the original trade according to my Inventory History:

Blur cost 5$ at the time of the trade being a daily deal. And Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3 best sale price was 40$, so the trade seemed fair to me. Flaming605 was an account from 2008 and while I don't remember what games they had at the time of the trade (I assume an scammer would purchase games for their own account and revert the payment as well anyway), I see he still has some you have to pay for.

I traded three of these blur copies to other steam users:

I was contacted by the first user about the problem. I did not receive any notification despite I am online almost 24/7 and despite being the biggest loser on this whole deal, I am quite surprised/disappointed by this. I'll check if at least I received an email.

I convinced him on reporting the scammer. He told me there were two users with the same nickname so I gave him the url to his profile, taken from my Inventory History. He told me he reported him twice. I reported him once on the steam community page, another as a steam support ticket and am doing it again here.

I contacted Betox's cousin, I will be asking the same of him when he comes online.

I contacted Shadow, he claimed to have traded two blur copies in the meantime, so he wasn't sure who had ended with the fraud copy. He seemed hesitant to let the final receipt of the game know about the scam. In the end he said he had traded with Dignityy: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198024347171, whom didn't care about losing the game, which I find odd personally.

I have refused to do any "returns" and will continue to do so, I expect Steam personnel themselves will do that to all of our accounts. After reversal I'm hopeful we will be able to trade again.

If payment reversals is out of the scope of your site it is okay, I was just doing what I thought is routine, most of this is copy paste from my steam support ticket. I'll take the opportunity to show my appreciation for your site as it has saved me from about 3 marked scammers already.

Fantastic! I am putting this as under investigation so if you come across any more evidence, feel free to post it here while I continue to look into this.

I talked to Betox (2nd collateral victim), he gave me this picture as a jpg fullscreen. I cropped out his applications and edited out his steam login name. Then saved in lossless (I hope) png so the edit should be pretty clear.

I did not receive that screen, I havent logged out yet today, maybe that's it..., nope, no email either, quite the disappointment on how this is set to work.

Because I wanted a blur for betox, and his wasnt a trade so steam will most likely not do a reversal to him (and it will take a while i bet). I have traded away my chantelise and psychonauts and one of my avp for blur copies. This is after the pictures were taken. I won't be getting any more blurs but if you need new screens of my inventory history it would be no problem.

Please confirm betox steam profile doesn't own blur at the moment because I will give him blur again to him tomorrow and that "proof" will be gone from the live page.
