What happened? Description:

I'm not super sure if this is the right place for this or the right report time, but i'll try.

Added me, and asked for me to +rep him and he will give me a key. I didn't rep him, as that would be fake rep. This is different as there is no alts, just making people rep him.

Also, like to add, someone on his profile accused him of hijacking.
Not sure if thats a plus, but can certainly add to it.​

Phishing/hijacking account reports

You can, however, report the user directly to Valve using the Report Violation feature on the other user's profile. To do so:

1. Visit the accused's profile
2. Click More drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose Report Violation
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click Submit Report
