    What happened? Description:
    This guy approached me and asked to buy my knife. we agreed on a price and he said he wants to do it via middleman. I agreed and he send me a steam profile saying it was the middleman of a big group. i searched the group and asked the middleman for his name in discord in which he replied max andersson which is not the name of the middleman.​

    these is the information of the "middleman".
    picture 1 is profile of the accused
    picture 2 is profile of middleman
    picture 3 is deal
    pictured 4-5-6 are chat logs where the guy tells me who the middleman is and which facebook group he is middleman of
    picture 7 is the middleman stating what his name is (max andersson)

    picture 20191204202141_1 is showing the 2 guys playing together in competitive so they are friends
    picture 9 is the profile of the actual middleman who is a former csgo pro
    picture 10 is facebook group
    picture 11 is the description of the group where it shows the middleman​

    I don't understand what you are reporting? Are you assuming this user would scam you because they are suggesting a middleman from a site/facebook or wherever that you don't feel you can trust?

    I am not assuming. this guy said he is the middleman of this group which he is not in order to trust him and wanted me to send him the knife.

    should i have posted it under fraudulent behaviour?

    Ok anyone can be a middleman so yes you are assuming they will scam you when you really do not know if that is the case.
    There is NO official middlemen or a list anywhere and anyone can suggest they are or can be one.
    It is entirely up to you to trust whoever you are dealing with - so rather than report someone on an assumption just tell them no thank you, delete them and ignore them.

    On another note I forgot to add - this user may have used this person in the past and had success...they may be completely unaware of the others credentials and thus you are reporting them before knowing they would scam anyone.
    If you don't trust someone just find someone else to trade with and perhaps do a 1 for 1 trade as it was intended.
