Once your credentials are stolen, your items are passed to Suslick.i who is a bot. You can find his profile here : http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198112808069

After an hour or so, your items are moved to the next bot in line, Liksofa. You can find his profile here : http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198112803954

After that all of your valuable items are distributed to all the spearheads of the scandal or they are sent to a private backpack to be sorted and distributed.

I have wrote a Steam ticket but alas, they have not replied despite the fact that I wrote it a week ago.

So after looking at the item history of my Shako ( http://backpack.tf/item/945936379) , I have found that it has been passed onto Ni`Gi.Vladi #RoadTo100. The custom name "Deexah's Shako Midly Resembling the Sun" has been wiped. And the item is now equipped as seen here : http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198002076635
