What happened? Description:

Using the popular trading site, TF2 OutPost, I freshly bumped my trade and received a friend invitation from a user. Upon questioning how I may help him/her, the said user immediately sends me a link while saying that their "friend can not add".
Being highly skeptical, I investigated his profiles, backpack inventory, and even OutPost history, all of which were either private or otherwise set off certain red flags.

Other note: Shortly afterwards a friend messaged me telling that the same incident occurred with him.​
