Offered to sell items for me I agreed as I had know him for a long time on steam. he traded my items for a while and has now sold it all for buds then sold the buds for PayPal.​

unfortunately the image I uploaded before of him asking me to sell it for me is the only chat I have unless there is a way of looking back at chat logs ?

You do not have an agreement that shows him agreeing to sell your item and give you the monies from said sale of an item.
Without the chat agreement your report can not be processed and will be archived.
