Didn't manage to grab a screenshot, but if you view his Alias, you can see the name he's been going by.
Joined the server, said he was doing a raffle on the mic for a white bills hat and the entrance fee was 1 ref. Only I was stupid enough to commit and once he took the ref from in the trade, he quickly left, changed his name and profile picture. Luckily, I had opened his steam profile page. He even asked me to add him before hand so he could 'Communicate' with me. Just quickly deleted me once he took it.

Unfortunately, without a screenshot, it is hearsay. There isn't much an admin can do.
