I was not scammed but this reeks of scamming. He also added me right after our first conversation there.

Everything about this guy is wrong, 7 friends on steam, 7 games in total, doesn't play games anymore seemingly, offers large amount of cash out of the blue, doesn't want to buy earbuds to do a secure trade only cash, 32 hours in total of playing tf2 while he claims to have 'quit' the game.

While it's definitely suspicious and I think your gut feeling is correct, there's not enough here unfortunately to mark him. I will, however, archive this report and make notes about it. Thanks for the report!
