What happened? Description:

Standard Dota 2 Item scam

Rain messaged me at around 8:30 AM in the morning (I will provide screenshots)
He asked me if I was interested in his M9 Bayonet Rust Coat and I said yes . (I was already fully aware that this man was a scammer)

He told me he won the M9 from a giveaway (Which raises suspicion, why participate in a giveaway if you don't even play the game, maybe just for the money but still.)

He then said he would give me that M9 if I had aquired a Dota 2 Item for him, that is worth around 112 $ on the steam community market (It isn't actually, I will provide screenshots of the item market history, there are only 3 listed and last item of that kind sold for 1,50)

But he said he didn't want me to buy it straight from the community market because he would have to wait 7 days so he told me to talk to another guy to avoid the 7 days (Which is total bullshit, the only 7 day hold on items is if you have no mobile authenticator, so either way he would've had to wait 7 days if he was a legit trader)

So he linked me to an account who he supposedly contacted but was blocked because he was Ukrainian. (Note that the account that he linked was probably his own account or his friend's)

I talked with his friend for a bit and he told me to offer something around 90$ for that item, I then tried to bait out a response from him by saying that I was getting that item for someone else and that I was going to get a knife.
I thought I couldn't go any further with this cause the account with the item wanted me to offer so I just exposed myself.

I then joked with the two for a bit and​
