    What happened? Description:
    He promised to gift the game after I've sent my souvenir case but he didn't. He convinced me giving various rep sites and his steamrep was clean. Then naturally he blocked me. He also traded it away already.​

    The problem is.. i couldn't. It's been very stormy today and my electricity wents off all the time. When I got back he had blocked me so I couldn't open the chat. Does this case fall on that, I was afraid of that?
