Background: This guy added me and wanted to trade for my Unusual Smoking Fez for his Scorching Defiant Spartan. I thought this was kind of odd but after checking his SteamRep he wasn't a scammer as far as SteamRep knew. So I tried to Steam Trade with him and he ignored both trades saying he wasn't getting anything. So we decided to trade in-game and I managed to screen cap the first trade pic during the first trade before he cancelled. Then during the second trade he wanted some sweets (5 weps) so I figured sure. Then he cancelled that trade and on the third trade he decided to try and perform a quick-switch but lucky for me I decided to check the hat before continuing the trade.
