He tried to scam me out of Kane and Lynch 2 keys, he was offering CS:GO then out of the blue said his friend is giving him Skyrim for CS:GO. Then, in a few seconds, while he was typing in stuff like oh, wait, he's giving it to me, he displayed it in chat from his inventory. This was the first thing I picked up on that he was lying, since he couldn't have had it traded to him that fast and display it right away. Also, the trade was WAY to good to be true. He would not let me use a middleman, and used the tactic that he'd been scammed before, which after looking up his past scams seems to be his thing.

And, just to mention he did have comments of people giving him rep. Bout 10 or so.

Yeah, he was impersonating Kokka. Good catch- adding this to his offenses. Thanks for the report.
