Not cool..
Firstly i wanted to report him cuz i was scared that he will report me. But i didnt scammed anyone, we traded his Dota 2 for my Far Cry 2, then he sais that it was in the sale and called me "Scammer".
Then i notice that he already got ban in steamrep

Two things here:
First, do NOT trade with scammers. Check SteamRep before each and every trade. If they are marked as a scammer, no matter how good the deal is, DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM.

Second, do NOT give rep to someone you haven't traded. I see in this chatlog that he asks you to give rep to his friend. Did you do that? THAT is not cool. Now you have not only repped a scammer but gave fake rep to his friend- both things that reflect very poorly on you.

Other than that, there is no scam here. It appears you traded properly and you are under no obligation to reverse the trade because he failed to do his due diligence on the game. He clearly has experience trading as a marked scammer. Or maybe he only has experience scamming but either way he should have looked up the game beforehand.
