    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198011024392 (Travel Kit™)

    Victim profile: 76561197985107402

    What happened? Description:
So, I was selling a pair of buds for 62$ on tf2outpost, and this guy added me looking to buy both them. Checked his steam profile page, and it looked good. Checked his steamrep too, and no problems there as well, so I went ahead with it.
It started to become a bit fishy when he wanted to use a "middleman" of his own to receive his buds, claiming they couldn't trade because of a steam guard limitation.
Yes, it did seem a bit strange to me, but let's just say that I know better now.
Anyway, he paid through PayPal, and everything was all good and great until around half an hour ago when i received a mail from PayPal saying the buyer claiming that an unauthorized person had used his account to pay for those items. I was going to respond to that dispute, but before I even had the chance to upload my screenshots, I received an email from PayPal saying the case had been resolved, so yeah, I got scammed big time.
So, I've attached the relevant screenshots (the first one is a chat with the said scammer, the second one is a proof that I indeed held my end of the deal and sent the buds to their "middleman", and the third one is a proof that he did a chargeback).

*"Prettygirl" is the steam user I delivered the buds to. He/She is an accomplice, so this user should be punished as well.

*I think there's a possibility that Travel Kit's steam was hijacked. I took a look at some of his comments in his steam profile, and his English was perfect, and the guy I talked to (as seen in the screenshot) has obviously an issue with that (of course it's not a proof of anything, but this is still something to consider). Nevertheless, whether or not his account was hijacked, he should be marked as banned to let people know that he is indeed a scammer.

*As you can see in the third screenshot, there's his PayPal address and his name too. So for whoever reads this, if you encounter this guy in another disguise, don't deal with him, and tell him to go to hell.

Thanks for your time, hope this guy and the second user to get their appropriate punishment. I'll be contacting steam about this matter too, perhaps they will be able to prevent these users from trading ever again.

    Provide Evidence:
First screenshot - the correspondence between both of us.
Second screenshot - proof that I traded the buds.
Third screenshot - proof that he did a chargeback.

Hi, please upload a screenshot of your paypal history (all activity) and a screenshot of your inventory history without editing the history itself (blocking out personal info is fine).

I've uploaded a photo of my PayPal history as well, if that's the screenshot you requested me to upload. Thanks.
