    Notes:
Contacted him as he wanted to purchase Keys on " tf2outpost.com" So i made an offer having 7 keys in my inventory.
It was late 16th May i first contacted him, and we agree'd to complete the purchase the next day (17th May).
So i contacted him via steam (The entire chat shows it from first contacting him on 17th may)
I agree'd to let him pay with "http://www.paysafecard.com", for 10 Euro's, i sent him 3 keys first, and he sent me an e-mail with a picture of the receipt, I went on to trying to redeem this receipt by buying £4 of steam credit, the code was invalid so i asked him about it, and i got no answer, However he was still online and active (Shown by him bumping his trades on TF2 Outpost).
So i gave it a little time and still no answer.
If you need the picture of the receipt i'll provide that also (Preferably in personal message)

Marking him now but if you could PM me the receipt, that would be great. Thank you for the report. :)
