    What happened? Description:
    Well this happened to me about two years ago. But I'm reporting now because I didn't know I could report like this. A friend of mine explained this to me and here I am reporting
    ..
    I wanted to exchange a knife for another, and I sent him the offer. After that, we were talking on Steam, and he told me where did you get your knife from? And I told him that it was a gift from a friend, then he said that he warned against the items he traded because his account would be banned if the elements of a scammer traded.
    so He asked me to speak with Steam officials administrator to prove to him that my elements are not a scammer
    And he sent me 3 links of accounts on Steam and said add them all and talk to someone if they accept you
    Then I spoke with the account that he sent (and I think the accounts he sent is the one who owns all of them) all the accounts were more than 14 years old and all of them had more than 1000 positive comments So I didn't suspect that he was a scammer
    And as a Steam admin, he asked me to send items to him to check and when I didn't send it he told me restart Steam and when I did that and I opened Steam it had disappeared and he banned me from all his accounts​

    Due to the time here that took place and that you are private friends I have no way to verify you were even in contact with the accused let alone another user.
    Next time submit a report in a timely manner and you can also report to Valve instead.
    The accused could have been hijacked based on the common chat methods used you showed during these last few years which was rather frequent so you could also be reporting an innocent user.
    In the case of that it is certainly advised not to report such things here and to Valve only so you don't give accusations on a user that may have finally regained control of their account.
