    What happened? Description:
    He wanted to buy my Flip Knife Crimson Web and he asked my Paypal. He added me probably through csgolounge.com. He wanted to pay 85 euros. What he send however, was a "marked as paid" transaction. He basicly asked ME to pay 85 euro.
    No CS:GO items were exchanged.​

    Provide Evidence:
    My language is in Dutch. "Als betaald gemarkeerd" means "marked as paid".
    I got it from "Arnold Juurikas".
    I sadly enough don't have a screenshot or log of the converstation we were having, but i don't think that really matters since he already has another report from someone else with the same reasons.​

    I don't think you can pass a report without the chat agreement, as it is considered vital evidence. Up to the staff to review though, good luck with your report.
