What happened? Description:

I tried to buy keys from him, but when he said I was unverified, that is, not linking a debit or credit card to paypal (I use Greendot For The Record) he said he would send the money back after talking to his friend.

10 Minutes later, he proceed to play CS:GO "Ranked" For 3 Hours.

Now he went to bed and has done NOTHING to fix this issue.

I know it says at my own risk, but he should at least be held accountable.​

His TF2 Outpost was banned so I dont have the trade site

Huh ? I couldnt fix the issue while sleeping? We have never traded , and i dint show him any keys , he just created some story because his autistic (Not offense , he told me that )

And you just sent me money via paypal for no reason , i didnt wanted the money at all until i didnt see his rep page

And in fact , he just deleted me from his friend list and telling me that i am the scammer?

Oh and my outpost account was banned? Outpost automatically bans if you make a report about somone , i just dont understand why it does that , cause you keep telling other people false information and try to keep your "right"

I am unable to find any proof (I wast quick enough and I cant find the steam logs)

I did not delete radar at all as he states above.

I paid him for keys then he says "Your not verified" Because I use no credit card or bank acount.

There was a valid reason in this situation.

Currently there is a dispute taking place to resolve this.



I will update as time passes.

Recently He Changed his name to Panzerkampfwagen.

Its unknown why, but perhaps its for deceptive means.

Even steam agrees with me on this one.



No word on refund, but if this is the case I will revoke my statments.

Additonaly this is the upload from above re-uploaded proper

Recently the trade has gone through for keys instead of paypal.

This forum is closable now as the conflict has been resolved.
