What happened? Description:

He got my trust because of high hours of CSGO and quite valuable items. He got 16 pages of +rep too. So I went first and he said that he sended the money but few hours later when I was watching Netflix I refreshed the paypal and there were no money. Then I noticed that he was offline. I went to his steam page and noticed that he unfriended me and blocked me. After that I reported him and contacted valve.
I get to know him at CSGOLOUNGE when he offered me money at my weapon skin. Then I added him. I dont have the chat history because I dont have that tab open anymore and I dont know if I can see that anywhere.​

Provide Evidence:

When he unfriend me and blocked me I accidentaly pressed the x so I cant anymore open our chat history? but here is the tradeoffer and he said that i should put some few cent skins because he will pay 35 euros to me at paypal.

Heres my paypal payments received history. Nothing. SC is smaller because i dont want to show my paypal URL.

here is the scammers inventory. My cyrex is there opened. I dont know where are my few cent skins.

And in here u guys can see that I tried to add him but he has been blocked me.​
