He's activated it, because it says that the code is invalid now.
He told me "if i remove bf3 it removes everything" - that means, that the key worked, but he did it by wrong way (he probably putted the BF3 first, or he wasnt logged in...). So when i asked him if it even changed the price of B2K to $0 and he said no, he lied to me >:C
