    What happened? Description:
    We agreed on a trade as he was impatient and wanted his items quickly. Fair enough, I had him write in chat that he would agree to complete our agreement when his hat became tradable. Time passes and I don't hear from him, so I messaged him 1:47 AM(an hour ago) asking him about the hat. He doesn't respond but appears to be in-game(active) so I then ask him a random question to confuse him and he IMMEDIATELY responds. I ask him about the hat and he instantly removes me and then blocks me. I hope the screenshots prove that in their entirety. The hat is still in his backpack, hopefully this report will convince him to do the right thing.​
