    Description:
    Screenshot 1:
The user (tmlevine9) found me from a post I made on TF2Outpost. He wanted to buy some items off me but I declined his offer because he didn't have enough reputation. Later on his friend added me (Killing Machine) and said he will buy the items off me (Unpainted Bills + 15 keys) and I was satisfied with his reputation thread.
I made it clear that I am going to be selling to items to him (Killing Machine) and that I will be trading the items to him (assuming full responsibility and making it an independent trade). I go away for awhile and then I come back.

    Screenshot 2:
I come back and we negotiated the details of the transaction. We can to an agreement of a Bill + 15 keys for $34.64 USD. I give him my paypal details and ask him to add a disclaimer in the notes of the paypal transaction. The disclaimer goes like this:

"This transaction is for e-goods on steam and it is between http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197984349131 and http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198019353652/ . I will not request or in any form and way require a chargeback of the funds being sent in the event of a dispute."

It's just to confirm the parties of the transaction and showing that Killing Machine will not chargeback on the funds.

He confirms that he has sent the money through Paypal and I also confirm that I have received the payments for the goods. You can see that the items (Bills + 15 keys) were traded and we thank each other for the trade. Left reputation on each other's steam profile and SourceOp page.

    Paypal Chargeback:
Not long after (maybe 10 minutes), I get an email from Paypal informing me that the amount have been charged-back. (Screenshot includes the disclaimer that was added)

    Conversation after:
I added him after and told him that the amount has been charged back. He told me that his friend has chargedback the funds that was given to him.

I asked him if he had sent the funds from HIS Paypal account, which he confirmed he did. He said the money was sent to his Paypal account from his friend and then used HIS Paypal account to send the payment to me.
Ask I said at the start of the trade, the trade was between us only, it was independent from anything else, and I was sending HIM the items. Therefore, he assumes full responsibility.

He said he had to sleep after that and went offline.

I check on his SourceOp thread and his steam profile that he does a lot of cash trading (Selling his items) so I do not see why his account would have insufficient funds.

As you can see on the last screenshot, he has cash traded before AND after my trade (Buds for cash) which means that there is still funds in his account. This leads me to believe that he had charged-back the funds he has sent to me in order to recoup his losses and put all the liability on me. Like I said at the start, I made is clear that the transaction was between the two of us ONLY, meaning it is independent from any other trades or association and he is assuming all responsibility.
