Description:
This guy pops out of nowhere (probably TF2TP) and tells me he has a program to get "caps" (he means hats). Provides link to install trojan. Ofcourse I did not install his trojan and reported him through his steam profile. I am spreading the word before he can get any victims! This guy is scum
