What happened? Description:

Guy said that if i buy him steam background "Hive Grasshopper" he would give me valuable item in csgo - AWP Asiimov ( Battle Scarred ) its worth around 20€. "Hive Grasshopper" was worth 8€ . I agreed on it and jumped to deal, I realised it was scam almost instantly after i bought that steam background.​

Provide Evidence:

I have all evidence which points out this guy is friend with person that sold me on market steam background. I have market transactions records, transaction record email, his csgolounge trade. Unfortunately I dont have chat picture, cause i forgot to paste it in paint yesterday. Another evidence i have is that guy blocked me, cause when i try to add him it says: "Error adding friend. Please try again." . As i dont have chat history, if its required I think I can get one pretty easily by adding him with diffrent profile and asking him is he still buying backgrounds.

Please help me! I know i'm stupid i have like 30 level and i fell for that type of scam.

that´s all correct. My friend is almost the same thing happens. He want a background "Death Domain" for his AWP Asiimov ( Battle Scarred ). I told my friend that he must be carfull and check steamrep - this i found! Thanks to bo0dix for report this scammer.

Yea, i was unlucky and got scammed aswell. Really pisses me off, lost about 20 bucks and its been bringing me down. He made me buy a backround called trophia island or some s✿✿✿ and realized it was a scam after i bought it
