What happened? Description:

He said he would pay me Paypal money for my M9 Bayonet Urban masked, but I had to trade him first because he had more +Rep than me, I trusted him, traded him the knife and then he pretended he was calling Paypal, and that his internet had to be reset, then blocked me​

Provide Evidence:

I have attached the chat I had with him, and my Paypal staying at $0, I hope this is enough to take action against him, and I already know I have no way of getting my item back, I just want this person banned so he can't scam anyone ever again​
