    I sent him sale sets from previous winter sale and he didn'y pay for them and also ignoring my messages for whole year. I can't provide mwssage history bcz steam deleted it. But i can provide trade offers​

    This report is rather worthless - you can't just report someone after a years time without absolutely nothing to stand by it.
    The screenshot you provided isn't even of the users profile and is cropped.
    Please don't submit such baseless accusations/reports here again.
