I have traded 2 earbuds key and builder blueprints and 1 more hat and i got a max head i was on a trade server that backpack viewer item history showed that only 2 people have owed the max head the was no dates on the trades so unfortunately i assumed it was a good max head but when i went to http://www.tf2items.com/ to recheck item history to my dismay it appears i have gotten a duped max head

so i contacted the sell right away about this situation we chatted for a while and at one point he agreed it look like item is duped but still refuse to return my items so back and forth with the debating over if item is or is not duped at one point he said

and this was after a bit of back and forth him trying o convince me that the max head is good and his friend who sold it to him and he said

she had it for a while?? how is that possible when i look in her backpack history and i can find the max head at any date so if she had it it was only for a day or so that make me think why is this guy lying and continually stalling me so that bring me now to you i'm not sure what to do know but i would like to get my items back and i'm sure you like to stop the duping of hats the guy who seem to be doing the duping is

and looking through his bp history jan 07 he has 1 lv 100 holiday headcase then buy the 10 he has 3 lv 100 holiday headcases hmm >> skip forward feb 8 the 1st day on the history of the max head i trade for appears in tangled bp and oh yea he now has 9 lv 100 holiday headcases hmm . and over the next couple day more max head appear in his bp

and the individual that traded me the duped item seem helpful at first but later seem to as he said

so he may of know that hat was duped and sold to the under false pretense

not sure what to do pleas help i really quite enjoy the game but all this cyber crime has to stop
