What happened? Description:

I attempted to sell this individual (boLLiaN) my knife, a Well Worn Flip Knife (Urban Masked), as he was offering to buy knives with PayPal (http://csgolounge.com/trade?t=17587503). He had pages of +rep comments on his Steam profile and his Steamrep was clean. I asked if he wanted to use a middleman and he promptly declined, stating that the last time he used a middleman he was scammed. We then decided on the price of 45 euros for the knife. I traded him the knife, and he claimed to have sent the payment as "friends and family" to my PayPal email. However, the payment never arrived. I waited for well over 7 hours, as he stated that the money may take some time to be sent. Sadly, even after this time the trader has failed to reply to my messages and the money has not arrived in my PayPal wallet.​

Provide Evidence:

I have included screenshots of the chat (in two parts because my screen does not allow the full window to be displayed at one time), his profile, my inventory history, my PayPal account history, and I have uploaded the entire chatlog in a text file in an attempt to cover all my bases. If there is any more evidence required, I will do my best to acquire it.

• Uncropped screenshot of your Inventory History from a web browser by pointing your mouse cursor on the accused's name so a hypertext URL will popup in the bottom of your browser.
• Uncropped screenshot of your PayPal Activity for the month of July 2014 in detailed fullscreen.
