Description: My account was hijacked few days ago. Almost all my items were traded to other peoples, and most of these items were given to those guy ([teamsanta] /r/ nikki), at least items history at tf2items saying so. This guy not marked as scammer, i think he is just a friend of real hijacker, who get all my cool stuff like buds, bill's, holiday headcase and others (here is link - http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198021023315). I ask to add this guy to suspicious persons (i don't think that him can be added to scammers, i know that i don't have any good proofs of scamming, but item history saying, that he got almost all my items directly from my account.

Open Steam, go to tab community, your own profile, then click "View Inventor" on the right. After that page loads, you see on top right a link named "View Inventory History"

You see your trading history there. Make screenshots of the period you where hijacked and post there.

WARNING: black out the top right corner where your user name shows, or keep it out of the screenshot. We need it to show what trades where listed in the period that the account was hijacked.

Other info we need is verification that your account was hijacked. You can give that by making a screenshot of your steam support ticket (black out passwords and login names), but do allow us to see it is linked to your account.

I can't open steam and go to trading history, because steam stopping me with "Your account was suspended by steam support" on login. I can add ticket screen, but here is no any info about my account, except my account login (i don't think it can help you and don't want to show it to all forum, so i hided it. But if you think that will help - i can send screenshot via PM.

hmm, you where not locked out of your account? didn't you use SteamGuard?

I used it, but my account was hacked through e-mail First my e-mail was hacked (i was dumb and has same passwords on both), hackers have found there account information and stole it, along with all items :( At least I think it happened so.

I woke up today with a pretty little probation on tf2tp and I guess this is the reason why.
I have never seen you before nor do I have any idea what you are talking about.

Which items am I supposed to have hijacked you of?
And what time/date these items were transferred?
Can you provide screenshots of any form of trading history with me?

I went through my own inventory history and I don't see any record of me having traded with a guy called punisher.

Can you link me to the tf2 item histories URL of your buds, bills and holiday headcases? What others are you talking about? Which bills are you talking about? Which buds?

I don't even own a holiday headcase, nor have I ever touched one in the past.

Honestly, this is ridiculous.

First, list of items. Screens, that you provided, shows that you traded buds for many other hats, and there was a lot of mine hats (all on this screenshot <admin delete> except last vintage hats is mine, l'inspecteur even has my nickname on it). You traded with someone named tinhoreck (can you provide link to profile of this guy?).

About "cool stuff". That was about this guy (link in original message - http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198021023315 ). By the way,heisin your friend list,on youralternativeaccount. And that's pretty suspicious.

About screenshots with trading history - if you read my post you can see, that i was hijacked and can't get acces to my account, so only one trade history to which i have access to is tf2items.com. I want to make a screen, in which you are standing right after me in item owners history, but tf2items has problems now with items history.

For me it wassuspiciousthatyou gotalmostall of myhats(including not craftable ones,whichnobody wants).Ifyou have received1 or 2of mythings, I wouldnot tellyou anything.But nowwhen I seea screenshots of trades(evenwith an openpainton the task bar) i think i have less amount of questionsto be answered.

Tinhoreck. I added him because I was interested in buying his festive tree for 1.33 or 1.66 refined on tf2tp. "Clan" thing. Team santa. Go figure.

He later offered over 50 craft hats for my one earbud. I said I was not interested in that because even with reselling the profit margin versus time needed is too long. He offered more. I considered it, turned the digits in my head, and accepted. I had no idea that any of the items were scammed or hacked in any way. I have traded for a large number of craft hats for buds in the past and didn't think anything was particularly out of the ordinary about it. I didn't know he was giving me uncraftable hats either, because I didn't bother to check the items one by one.

Regarding my other alt account - I have not been on that account for over 6 days. I used that alt very sparingly, and I have to confess I'm not the type of person to constantly check and dote on my steamrep to see who has been marked as a scammer and who has not. I have over a hundred friends on both my alt accounts and sometimes I slack and don't delete people immediately after my trades. In any case, my memory of whoever user that is, is more than just foggy.


The open MSPaint program on my taskbar was used copy paste the screenshots to my trading history. Which I just posted. I assure you MSPaint does not have the technology capable of doctoring images convincingly.

Okay, you answered all my questions. I just got misleaded with tf2items history, in which i don't see someone, who was named tinhoreck. I apologize for telling to peoples, that you are scammer. I think this thread can be closed now, and scammer mark can be deleted from steamprofile of nikki.

I've seen the screenshots, you had no direct dealing with the OP/reporter here. I've removed the remarks on your SR page, of the above pics, you have included in the screenshot your login name. You can take down the screenies, I always try to instruct ppl to black those login names out....

May I ask what mail provider this was? yahoo? gmail? hotmail? something else?

Also, in order for a email hijack, they will have to guess the password for your described problem. My problem with that is that its often hijacked via the "security questions" where the answers are easy to guess for anybody that knows some about you. As a result with taking over the email account is that the password of the email is changed by the hijacker, and he has to do the same for the steam account. That is why I find it very particular that you claim you could login normally but got the problem that you had only your account limited.

Normally, a hijack is with fully changed passwords on email and steam. For them to be able to "guess it" is very strange and they must have known your email address, and some guess of your password. I'd hold on till steam support has fully responded with your items.

Thank you. I'm sorry to hear about the hacking/scamming incident. If you had added me and explained the situation I would have provided you with all the resources you needed to close the case instead of finding out I was banned and then having to run around to look for this thread.

Either way I hope the situation resolves itself and that steam returns you your items.

I realised my mistake with the username after I posted the screenshots and tried to edit it but it gave me a "2 minute something something has elapsed" and I cannot edit it. If its possible, could someone just remove/delete the post?

That was my account on gmail (at least gmail said that password was changed). But my steam is registered on another account (qip.ru), but they has same passwords. Maybe the problem is that i used my mail and same password anywhere, where registration is needed (but I try not to visit suspicious sites, and certainly not enter on them any personal information).

Nikki, I've taken care of that. I tho you had a imgur account where you could delete the pics.

Yep, those account (iTz_IvaMiz) got alot of my items. I think he grabbed all valuable items to main account and other items were sold much cheaper than market price, to get rid of them quickly. By the way, how do you finding all those alts? And have you any contact with steam support? Because my ticket are in "pending" status for 4 days
