    What happened? Description:
    The scammer attempted to steal my account information through a fake opskins link. Luckily I was able to change my account fast enough for me to save my account. I have also receive a notification on the scammers IP address: 185.221.162.30 (Russia).

    You can clearly see when you are submitting a report:
    but you still submitted it.
    Please report the accused to Valve/Steam via their Steam profile for phishing/hijacking attempt, besides that I removed the phishing link you provided in this report because someone might accidentally click on it and compromise his account(s).

    Marking report as Invalid.
