I was looking for a few strange weapons on tf2tp. This guy adds me, I initiate the trade of two scraps for a strange syringe, which I offered 2 scraps for on tf2tp. That's right, two scraps. He's speaking to me in both the trade chat and the regular steam chat, so my attention is divided between both. He suddenly removes the syringe but I did not notice this as I was speaking to him in the main chat window, still I went ahead and clicked ok. For some reason he felt the need to click OK with the trade even though he was not giving me anything.

He made note of my mistake in the main chat window as you can see (first attachment), and adviced me to be more careful. Rather than simply reinitiating the trade and giving me my item so we can both move on with our lives, he tells me that I have to wait because he has "hmk" and it's ten percent of his grade. He can't do something that would take less than a minute to do, so I have to wait around for him to finish his homework to hand me what I paid for. I asked him to give me my syringe and that I'd buy the rest later (he had a spare gloves of running urgently, which are the "gloves" i mentioned). I noticed that he was bumping his trades on tf2outpost (and it wasn't automatically since he isn't a donor), so I send him a message to send me my strange weapon. 3 hours go by and he just logs off. Today, he's been on and off playing TF2 all day and did not initially respond to my demands for my metal or the strange weapon. When he finally did, reply well, you can see that last conversation in the third attached picture.

I was going to let this slide since it's only measly 2 scraps, but if he's willing to ruin his rep over 2 scraps, who knows what else he'd do.

Yeh I did, if you checked 10secs later that would not be the case
