    Victim profile: 76561198051006181

    What happened? Description:
    He had attempted to impersonate the "tip of the hats" charity, and had intent to scam various friends and I out of items.
    I'm sure he has already tricked a few people, as I've noticed a large influx of items in his inventory​

    Provide Evidence:
    Incident described is in the grey text. Below that, he had also attempted to depreciate value and force a bad trade.​

    This is suspicious, but the accused never actually claims to be from TOTH, they only promise to donate part of the proceeds from the 'raffle'. Impossible to prove that they were scamming without actually going through with the trade.
