What happened? Description:

This morning I went onto csgolounge.com in an attempt to begin trading up or selling my knife that I opened yesterday morning. This knife was a StatTrak M9 Bayonet
Boreal Forest (Field tested). #G.P.A.C J.Lennon added me and began a conversation regarding the selling of my knife. The day before a few people a had offered money to buy my knife (of whom were probably scammers) but I didn't take any deals.

#G.P.A.C J.Lennon offered to pay via PayPal and so I thought it would good since PayPal was safe and easy. The "gift" that he gave me for 280$ was merely an invoice that wasn't a gift for the amount. I did not recognize and traded the knife to him shortly afterwards. Only later today did I find out that I was scammed.

This day has really been a rollercoaster for me. I felt great making a deal that was too good to be true, when it only turned out to be so. I feel terrible that I fell for this scam. If you at SteamRep could help me at least try to retrieve this item I would be forever appreciative. If you need me to provide any more screenshots or evidence that I did not include, I will do my best to help resolve the situation.​

Side note: In regards to the trade history, I was trading the knife back and forth between my friends because they wanted to use the knife skin for a game or two.​
