Here is what I have left:

Summary: This guy adds me and asks me what am I trading. So I tell him to look in my inventory. He says he will trade 2x CS: GO for Assassin's Creed: Revelations + Duke Nukem Forever. I ask him whether they are tradable or not. He says 1 is key and other is giftable. I say sorry I have no use for key as I don't want to play CS: GO myslef. He says CS GO key sells fast like Dota's. I say I can't risk selling a key which you may activate/sell to someone else. He says he doesn't sell same keys. I say, not interested in keys and ask him what for his giftable CS: GO. He asks for Duke Nukem Forever. I say OK but how will we trade. He says he won't go first as he had been scammed many times. I say ok, how about using middleman. he says middleman can't hold his games as middleman already have all the games. I suggest that, I will trade middleman my games, and when i receive his gift, middleman will gift him my games. To this again he says he doesn't trust middleman. He says he owns over 2200 games and cyber cafe's. I say ok, but you also have ban on your profile. He says he is VAC banned because he owns cyber cafe's and denies of being trade banned. I finally asked him to either go first or use middleman. He says he can't take risk.
I know, I don't have enough proof for you guys. But I see you guys already have 3 proofs of game scammings and he is still on trade probation so I thought whatever it might help to give my experience would be good for other trades. And I thinks now its time for trade ban rather than just probation
