What happened? Description:

I had neevr traded before in my life and this user used the method of pretending to use OPSKINS.com to steal all of my valuable items. i know you cannot return my items, but if you know a way please, tell me. at the very least get him a ban or something. he used a profile which was claiming to be a bot from OPSKINS.com which i have included in my screenshots, the user added me out of nowhere i had not known him beforehand. the majority of our conversation was voice chat but there is some incriminating evidence beforehand in our chat which can be seen in my steam screenshots where i used it to cover my name as is requirements, I know it is likely mostly my fault for falling for this but i had no experience with trading beforehand and now i just want justice​

Update: i hve found out that it must have been an impersonator, as i'm not in the friends list of the profile i linked. is there a way to track impersonators?

well as i had said in the report itself it was my first time trading and i was scammed out of everything so there was an underlying need to rush. my issue is though, that when i click on the person's avatar in the chat it always leads to the profile i linked. i checked my activity feed and there's nothing about either of the accounts i listed...
