@AssassinXcrosS I don't see the different item that the user placed in a trade box. You found a different one in the users inventory right...not the user placing it for trade?
Am I correct in what I'm seeing cause if that is the case that is not a scam. You can't just report someone for something they have in their pack that YOU find or you go to choose to put up for trade..the user your accusing has to be the one doing that to make it a scam.
Confirm this is what is going on please.

The User clearly asked me to resend the trade offer, hopping i would not notice that he switched the FN for a FT in his inventory, if that is not an attempt to scam someone, i don't know what is

Ok asking someone to resend a trade offer isn't a scam - you need to prove this was what the accused was putting into a trade not you.
I understand what you are trying to say but you need to prove it otherwise the report isn't valid.
So I need screenshots of the user your accusing putting the different item in vs a previous screenshot of what was already in there.
Again - this can't be done by you - as whatever is in someone's pack is irrelevant.

I don't really understand why you don't think that this was a scamming attempt since he offered FN Fire Serpent and then asked me to resend the offer when the only Fire Serpent in his inventory was swapped out for a FT but fine, disregard the report and wait for someone to actually lose 500$ to this guy before banning him.

Doesn't matter what I think or what you think - its what you can prove ok. I'm not debating what your saying. I need proof...screenshot proof of the event happening and the user putting the different item in.
Do you have this yes or no? That is all I need.

How would i have that proof? If he asked me to resend the offer, than he clearly didn't put it in an offer himself, he just took the FN out of his inventory and put a FT in. That's all that happened.
If you don't think that's enough proof that he attempted to scam me with a quick switch then so be it.

Ok so you don't have what I need - thanks.
I'm afraid without that and without the proof of the user themselves putting the item in there is no scam here. What is in someones inventory is irrelevant, can be anything but doesn't mean that user was intending to put a different item in. When you send an offer you are putting items in - that is what you select not what the user is trying to put in. Doesn't matter what I think - matters what you can prove and you were unable to prove that.
