What happened? Description:

He make a paypal invoice without pay and he said alvays this: I send it i send it. I go check my paypal balance and still 0 huf. He write a stupid things in the invoice notes . But he just make an invoice and he didn't want to pay it ! I belive him first time becouse he got level 40 page he got own cash reputation thread( i think manipulated comments) but he was a real scammer. I check another reports and i think he need a punish. That is my only luck i have an another trade for call his help about this becouse i never seen this payment before. Thanks for read and make a justice.​
