What happened? Description:

He said he would Via paypal me 95$ for my knife and 80$ for my m4 and awp Asiimov skins. What he did is just sent me the invoice/bill and never sent me the money what he did is tried to get me to buy my own skins and try to make me loose 175$ Plus my 2 skins. I have Video and tons of proof. This guy is from CS:GO Lounge​

So what he did he never really sent the money instead he sent the (invoice/Bill) to have me buy my own items while he gets away with the 3 items I traded to him He owes me 175$ but he never payed me this is from CSGOLounge. The Pictures is him admitting he scammed what he sent me in Email and my Trades to him.
What should I do and how can i show this thread to Valve or Stream support? I also have a 30minute video of the whole thing recorded with OBS sense I stream a lot.​

Why is this still pending after like 1 and a half weeks?
