    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    What happened? Description:
I was looking for a person who would sell me keys via PayPal and a player on my friends' list, deathgale (http://steamcommunity.com/id/deathgale/) forwarded me to a user named MiamiNight (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198028318707). After a day of negotiation, I could finally trade with MiamiNight. I normally would not have sent money first, but he gained my trust by refunding my money twice because he said he was having technical problems and could not trade me the keys I would like to purchase. The third and final time, however, he "fixed" his problem and told me to send the money, which I did, and then proceeded to block and delete me. I will provide some proof in the attachments. (I asked around and people told me if there was a message saying 'Error adding friend. Please try again.' the person most likely blocked you.) I don't think a person would go through the trouble of making his profile private and blocking me if he was a legitimate trader. Unfortunately, I could not get screenshots of the chat, but there is proof of payment and proof that I did not receive any items. Note the time that the screenshots were taken.

Unfortunately without a screenshot of the agreement there is not enough evidence to mark him. Archiving.
