Description: All three screenshots prove that the clean trader acquired the Unusual Hottie's Hoodie, Unusual Your Worst Nightmare and Unusual Charmer Chapeau from the Marked Scammer on the April 20, 2012 . Trading with scammers is against the rules.

Because this is a repeated trades with marked scammers report, I'll need another admin to look at this as well. Thanks for your patience!

Just to add, he's been banned 8 times on TF2OP and is currently banned (9th ban) for two weeks. Most of this has to do with his spamming and racism towards other users.

The scammer was marked at the time of trading as seen in this link - http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198012038818?t=1334646183 - 17th April, 3 days before the trade happened.

No previous reports for this user suggests a caution tag is warranted for a first offence.

It appears to me that the scammer was tagged on the 22nd of January 2012. (http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198012038818?t=1327215519)

Proof here suggests that the trader had traded with the scammer, most likely valid for a caution tag
