What happened? Description:

A person on my friends list who I thought added me from a csgo game hit me up on steam asking if I wanted to make some money. Immediately red flags started going off and he explained how he was an admin, not the owner, of a jackpot style cs gambling website. (Link: https://csgomood.com/ ) He said he had the ability to make me win if I reach 10% of the jackpot. He offered a 60/40 split in my favor. For proof he said to pick someone on the website to win and he would make it happen. I made him do this about 5 times to prove he wasn't BSing, and he even provided multiple screenshots showing me his admin controls and the people I said kept winning. So I started to trust him. He then sent a screenshot showing why I had to reach 10% where it showed the error he got when the person was under 10%. After a little longer he convinced me. I put in about $13 worth into one of the pots, but it didn't reach 10%. He then took my items and manually put them into the next pot so I did not lose. This gained my trust even more. Eventually there was a pot I liked and I added about $20 more of items. Unfortunately, the pot kept growing. My inner greed kicked in and I kept adding items to keep me at the 10% marker. He was able to pause the jackpot for a few minutes as I added the skins, which again gave me further evidence that he wasn't scamming. He even added a knife to my pot to add an additional $200 making it about a $300 bet by the end, with about $100 of my own skins. Like he promised, I won the pot. There were at least 6 or 7 knives in that pot and I was super excited. He said that I just have to wait for the 7 day cool-down and I will receive my items. After a couple days I checked the website and I saw a notification, "Newcomers to the site have to win twice in order to get their winnings. This only applies if you have never played before." This is when I knew something was up. Well after the 7 days I hit him and he said yeah newcomers need to win twice we can do it today. The problem was I did not really have more skins to put in and i didn't want to lose even more than I already had. He started getting all angry that I wasn't willing to put in another $100 and after a bit of arguing he said he is not talking to me and removed me as friend. Now my skins are stuck in the site with no way to get them back. In Hindsight I should have known it was too good to be true...​

While the stoOm account that scammed me does not have my items, this is proof that it is in fact the correct account. I will link to the Bot's profile information at the end of this post just in case as well.
