What happened? Description:

Sold my BP to SugarFreeCookies for $1k through this thread http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/164968-Entire-BP about three months ago. The trade went through smoothly, but a couple of days ago I received an e-mail from Paypal because SugarFreeCookies decided to file a chargeback under the unauthorized account use claim. Fortunately, Paypal sided with me and denied the chargeback.

I no longer have the screenshots of my chat with SugarFreeCookies prior to our transaction, and if that invalidates my report, then so be it. My money is safe, and I no longer trade. I merely would like to warn future players of this scammer.​

Provide Evidence:

inventory history.png shows that I traded my BP to SugarFreeCookies. The Killing Floor game I received was something he added at the end as a friendly gesture.

Wow, you're lucky paypal sided with you. They almost always side with the buyer.

what happened? i dont use [email protected] anymore it's was closed about 2 month now, i use [email protected]. The account was closed due to me being under the age of 18 when making the account i will contact paypal and find out what happened now, i didn't file that chargeback.

Then why did you remove me from your friends list around the time when I received the chargeback? And why did you reject my friend request when I subsequently tried to add you while the chargeback was still unresolved?

I removed over 75 people from my friends list around that time as i was getting asked nearly every days if i was selling keys or would i buy some random item. i didn't even notice that you tried to readd me, also normally i don't accept random adds, if you contacted me by form i would have replied.

I found out what happened with my paypal someone got into my old account and started charge backing on different things i purchased, i have changed the password and i think paypal could tell something was wrong as they automatically stopped the chargebacks, i have contacted some of family and friends that also had some chargebacks attempted on them from my account. i understand it might look like i tried to chargeback you but i didn't.

If the chargeback went through and you contacted me about it or i noticed that the account had the money in it i would have contacted you, and sent the $1000 using my new paypal account.

I hope you can understand where i'm coming from, i found out about the chargeback from someone that i was buying keys from didnt even no in till yesterday.

Obviously that's a lie, it's useless to deny it. Making random excuses like oh my account got hacked. And really? "I didn't noticed you tried to re-add me?" Yes you did, you obviously saw his request and ignored it/blocked it. "I hope you can understand where i'm coming from, i found out about the chargeback from someone that i was buying keys from didnt even no in till yesterday." more lies.

This all i can find in my email account, i phoned them after i logged into my account and found the chargeback.
the woman on the phone was very nice and talked me though what happened, and said that my account would be limited for sometime as they did a review of the case.

After that about a week later the chargeback case was closed, and no money was transferred so it got fixed.

then my account was stuck limited and i tried fixing by verifying my account by uploading my id, after that they said i was only 15 when i made the account so i had to make a new one.
