Description:
He added me after supposedly seeing a thread of mine but without posting there or PMing as I had requested in the thread. I looked him up and he was on a probation and already reported here but I added him to mess around a bit. He wasn't willing to go first with the HIB because he had "good" reputation and when I sent him the link to the previous report he claimed it was not him. Later he admitted he was lying. We didn't trade.
