Description: He traded me showing me his white bills hat. He then tells me to offer on it, so I show him an array of hats and miscs I have. He chooses the ones he wants (the 3 shown in the picture). We both click ready to trade, but then he switches out the bills and clicks ready again, hoping that I will click ready and trade. He tries this 3 times over, and fails horribly. The entire chat took place in the trade window.

The same guy attempted to scam me. He put up a Mercs pride scarf, said "offer" and like an idiot tried to trade fast me. I don't have proof like Dr. Tran, but it was the same guy, same server, same MO. Be weary of the stupidest trade scammer on the planet "...".

Thanks for the info. A SR Admin will investigate this as soon as possible.
