Declined Report: 76561198031432102 (Dick Chappy)

Well, he's on my server in The Black market, and has been proven to scam. He's admitted to scamming and tried to defend himself by telling people he did have legit raffles. Which doesn't defeat the fact he has scammed multiple users.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything without his Steam ID. If you could, please provide that as well as any other screenshots you may have of him doing the actual scam. Thank you!

Of course thank god for previous usernames and the same avatar.

As for screenshots, unfortunately he was more of a voice trader, but near the end he switched to text. (Which through the walls of text I managed to find and screenshot before I logged off after my trade broke. My mac sucks) I can also name one of the users who in the end led me to proving he was a scammer, (Batman, but of course I can't find him on the guy's friend's list anymore)

If you require anymore info I'll try my best to get it.

Don't simply post the custom URLs as they can easily change that and be gone for good. When you are looking at a person's SteamREP page there is a button for copying the info.

If you could get any of the people he's scammed to come forward with screenshots or any evidence, that would be fantastic. =) While confessions like the above are certainly helpful, it would be solid to hear the voices of those he scammed.
